What happens to your details

We collect your name, mobile number, email address if you give one, and your move details — where you are moving from and to (including the exact address, if you give one), the date, the service you need and the size of your home.

We use them to:

  • send a verification code to your WhatsApp, to check the number is yours
  • confirm your enquiry with you, by WhatsApp message or an automated phone call
  • show your enquiry to verified moving companies near you — they see your route, date and service, not your name, number or address
  • give your name and number to the one company that takes your enquiry, so they can quote you

We do not sell your details to anyone else. We never ask you for payment, bank or card details.

You can change your mind at any time. Reply STOP on WhatsApp, or write to support@coderstech.co.in. We will stop contacting you and delete your details. Withdrawing is as easy as agreeing was.

Before you fill the form

What does this cost me?

Nothing, ever. There is no booking fee, no commission and no deposit. We never ask you for payment, bank or card details. The moving companies pay us for the enquiry; you do not.

How many companies will call me?

One. Your enquiry is shown to a small number of verified movers, but only the first one to take it receives your name and number — and it then disappears from everyone else's screen. The others never see your contact details at all.

What do the movers see before they take my enquiry?

Your route, move date, service, home size and nothing else. Not your name, not your number, not your email, not your address. Those unlock only for the one company that takes the enquiry.

Which cities do you cover?

We collect from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane at the moment. Where you are moving to is open — anywhere in India, or abroad.

How far ahead can I book?

Up to 30 days ahead for a move within India, and 90 days ahead for a move abroad. Closer to your date, come back and fill the form again.

How do you check the movers?

The company's team checks each mover's documents before activating them. A mover that has not been verified receives no enquiries.

Can I change my mind?

Yes. Reply STOP on WhatsApp or write to support@coderstech.co.in and we stop contacting you and delete your details. Withdrawing is as easy as agreeing was.
